Ann Losiewski is the Executive Vice President, Americas at HireRight, bringing almost 30 years of industry expertise to her role. Ann is responsible for the company's Go to Market functions in the Americas, including overseeing the Sales and Account Management teams in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Additionally, she manages HireRight's Client Engagement Team and key vertical functions. Ann has previously served as HireRight’s SVP and Managing Director of North America, Head of Global Sales, VP of Enterprise Sales, and Director of Enterprise Sales. Her intimate knowledge of HireRight’s key verticals proved an invaluable asset to many organizations in need of updating/restructuring their pre-employment background screening processes and industry-specific compliance adherence, thus reducing their risk. Prior to this position, Ann served the background screening division of Kroll as Vice President of Business Development. She capably served national and global Fortune 500 customers in the healthcare, financial, real estate management, education, and legal industries, as well as those working within the field of professional services. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from Towson University. When she’s not at work, Ann is an active volunteer with Reach Out Rescue & Resources, which provides foster homes and adoption placement for dogs and cats in need of placement.

Lana Nichols serves as Interim President & CEO of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT), where she provides strategic leadership across the organization's operations, partnerships, and long-term initiatives. A dedicated member of the WIT team for many years, she has played an instrumental role in the association's growth by strengthening its programs, expanding strategic partnerships, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, members, and industry partners, Nichols oversees strategic planning and implementation, financial planning and budgeting, board governance, organizational operations, and partner engagement.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Lana is committed to building strong relationships, aligning strategy with execution, and delivering initiatives that advance the association's mission and support the trucking industry.

Katy Britto is Senior Director of Product Management at HireRight, overseeing the Transportation and Drug & Health product lines. Over more than 15 years at HireRight, Katy has focused on advancing drug and health screening services. She collaborates with customers and internal teams to design efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective experiences for both customers and candidates, while responding to evolving regulatory requirements.

Diana Dacyczyn serves as the Transportation Product Manager at HireRight. Since joining the company in 2014, she has tenured experience across multiple roles, including Contracts and Account Management. Diana has developed a strong passion for supporting all aspects of Transportation, prioritizing the enhancement of both candidate and client experiences while actively pursuing automated solutions and system improvements that help maintain regulatory compliance under DOT. Diana works closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, account management and operations, to bring product innovation to market.

Alonzo Martinez is Associate General Counsel at HireRight. Mr. Martinez is responsible for monitoring and advising on key legislative and regulatory developments globally affecting HireRight’s service delivery. His work is focused on ensuring HireRight’s performance as a consumer reporting agency and data processor complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and data furnisher requirements. Mr. Martinez obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado, and is licensed by the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association Employment Law Division, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the National Association of Professional Background Screeners.

Shannon Wheeler is the General Counsel at Tenstreet, the trucking industry’s leading marketplace solution provider for drivers and carriers. Shannon leads all legal and risk management functions at Tenstreet, including consulting on strategic initiatives and partnerships, counseling on all labor and employment matters, managing the Company’s compliance responsibilities, and advising on the development of Tenstreet’s software products from a compliance focus. During her seven years at Tenstreet, she has led the initiatives for six (6) different entity acquisitions helping to grow Tenstreet where value could be realized in the market.

As a trucking industry compliance expert, Shannon consults with Tenstreet customers and their legal representatives on trucking industry regulations and best practices as well as how to practically achieve compliance through the use of the Tenstreet Platform. Similarly, Shannon regularly provides education and industry compliance information to Tenstreet customers speaking on webinars and at the Company’s annual User Conference. She is also regularly invited to speak at various industry conferences including, the Transportation Lawyers Association, and the American Trucking Association.

Prior to joining Tenstreet, Shannon spent a decade representing clients with general business litigation and consulting needs. Her private practice had a strong focus on defending employers faced with employment law claims, representing companies with shareholder disputes, defending companies faced with personal injury tort claims, and representing banks regarding security interests and priority claims. Shannon graduated with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law after receiving her bachelor’s degree in business from Oklahoma State University with an emphasis in finance, economics, and accounting.

Priscilla has over 27 years’ experience in the transportation industry, specializing in driver recruiting, retention, marketing, advertising, communications and training. She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Conversion Interactive Agency, the largest recruitment technology and advertising agency in the trucking industry. Priscilla is the co-host of The Resource podcast, was named a 2023 Top Woman to Watch in Trucking by Women in Trucking and was awarded the 2024 Brand Innovator Award by the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association. She speaks nationally for organizations on topics relating to driver recruiting and retention, and she brings insight and first-hand experience on how motor carriers should think differently when it comes to recruiting and retention.

Dr. Simo joined HireRight as Medical Director in 2009 and moved into the role of Director of Medical Services shortly thereafter. He was promoted to Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in 2015. In addition to maintaining his role as CMO, Dr. Simo was also appointed as Managing Director of HireRight’s healthcare business in 2016. In 2018, he transitioned from healthcare to lead our transportation business. As HireRight continues to focus on key business verticals, in June 2024 he accepted the executive leadership role for the additional verticals of manufacturing and energy.

Dr. Simo came to HireRight with a decade of experience in the medical consulting arena. Before medical consulting, he was the Medical Director for an occupational health clinic in Virginia and owned a consulting firm providing Medical Director services to employers across the United States. In that capacity, he established multiple customer-specific health and drug screening services.

Dr. Simo completed his medical training at the University of Minnesota and served as a Naval Medical Officer until 1998. He is a board-certified Medical Review Officer with vast experience and training in family, occupational and addiction medicine. Along with his clinical experience, Dr. Simo was a clinical investigator for three pharmaceutical companies and has served on multiple speaker bureaus. 

Kurt Campbell is Vice President of Account Management at HireRight, where he ensures clients’ goals and expectations are met while making sure their voices are heard. With over 15 years in the background screening industry, Kurt brings deep expertise and a broad perspective, having held multiple roles throughout his career. His experience allows him to guide clients through the complexities of their screening programs and develop tailored solutions for their unique needs. Kurt is passionate about putting the client at the center of everything HireRight does.
